Stocking two of the most popular skincare brands on the market, we feel that with our knowledge and experience we are able to offer the perfect recommendation for you. Your shopping experience is very important to us, therefore we are constantly liaising with our suppliers in order to offer you the best deal. As a thank you for your purchase we will always include free samples for you to try from your favourite brand. As a valued client we would like to help in any way we can. Returns

At onlinesalon.co.uk we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, therefore we are offering a seven day returns policy, starting from the day on which you receive your order. Firstly we would like you to notify us via e-mail to info@onlinesalon.co.uk, within those seven working days. We will then advise you on how to return your purchase. Providing that the product is returned unused, undamaged and still in its original condition with all seals in tact, you will be entitled to a refund, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. We do not expect a reason for your return, however, a brief explanation would be appreciated. Any returned purchases will be at your own expense. All refunds for returned orders are subject to a deduction of the original true cost of postage to us. On returning goods, please ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against damage and include the original invoice. Please use recorded delivery so that you can be sure that we have received the items. Failure to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, may incur a charge to you for the reduction in value of an item that may have become damaged.
